• Torflex axles, Rubber Torsion Suspension. (5 yr warranty on suspension systems)  Totally cushioned in rubber for a smooth, quiet ride.
• E-Z Lube bearings. (Available on all models except Marche's)
• 15" & 16" Bias Ply Load Range C,D,E Tires with White Spoke Wheels (powder coated)
• Alkyd & Acrylic Enamel paint.  2 coats Primer, 2-3 Coats Paint.  1.0 mil primer; 1.5-2.0 mil top coat (1 mil=1 thousandth of an inch)
• Series of paint prep.  Trailers are completely scraped, grinded, and sanded.  Then acid washed to etch the metal and remove impurities.
• Standard width is TRUE 6' also available TRUE 6'8" width.  Standard height for stock trailers is TRUE 7' and for horse trailers is TRUE 7'2".
• Lengthwise floor boards with several rows of heavy duty floor fastners.
• Frame cross members are 16" on center.
• Cambered roof & front bows (allowing rain and snow to run off)
• Drip rails on all horse trailers.
• Tie hooks inside and out on all horse trailers.
• Spare tire mount.
• Rolled bends on top of side sheets and slats, stiffens sheets and allows for more support.
• Rubberized undercoating applied to fenders, running boards on all models.  Except for Marche's all trailers have the frame undercoated.
• Separate ground wire, wiring ran through series of steel tubing, all exposed wiring has wire loom and black tape.
• Full tape, pin stripe, and logo packages.
• DOT approved lighting.
• Black and Chrome Trim throughout trailer.
• Chrome edge trim.
• Vinyl Gravel Guards on front and fenders.
• Adjustable couplers on Goosenecks.
• Safety breakaway systems, including rechargeable battery.
• Smoked Acrylic Bus Windows on most models.
• All windows are silicone caulked to prevent water leakage.
• Top brand name parts: Dexter, Atwood, Bulldog, Valspar, Bargman, and 3M.
• All trailers are Quality Control inspected throughout production as well as upon completion.
